This policy explains what email we send, how to control it, and how we comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and equivalent rules.
#Two kinds of email
Transactional / relationship email: tied to your account and the service you asked for. These are not marketing and you can't unsubscribe from all of them while your account is active, because they keep the service working. Examples:
- Welcome / email verification
- Simulation complete, debate started / complete
- Billing: credit-low warnings, payment failures, trial-ending
- Security: password reset
- Team: invitations you were sent
You still control delivery of most of these per channel in Settings → Notification channels (email, Telegram, Discord, Slack).
Product and marketing email: product updates, tips and announcements, sent to account holders from mail.kranth.com. Every message carries a working unsubscribe, and one click is enough.
#Unsubscribing
- Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link and a
List-Unsubscribeheader, so your mail client can unsubscribe you directly. - We honour opt-outs immediately in practice (CAN-SPAM allows up to 10 business days; we don't use it).
- Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional email. Your receipts and security notices keep coming.

#Business outreach
We also write to people at companies we think Kranth could help. These are individual business emails, one person to one person, sent from hello.kranth.com, to work addresses found on public sources. We don't buy lists.
- Every one says who we are and how to stop hearing from us.
- Reply "stop", or write to
[email protected], and you're added to our suppression list. We won't contact you again. - See the Business contacts section of the Privacy Policy.
#Our commitments under CAN-SPAM
- Accurate headers. The From, To, and routing information identify Kranth honestly.
- No deceptive subject lines. The subject reflects the content.
- Identification. Marketing email is identifiable as such.
- Physical address. Every commercial email includes: Kranth AI, Inc., c/o Stable, 2810 N Church St STE 89663, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States.
- Prompt opt-out. Honoured immediately, and we don't sell or transfer opted-out addresses.
#Who sends our email
Outbound email is delivered through our email subprocessors (see the Subprocessors page) from addresses on kranth.com and its subdomains. We don't use purchased lists, and we don't send on anyone else's behalf.
